"Bryan Igarta graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS in Civil Engineering, and a desire to pursue a career specifically in transportation. He has been working in the Central Valley for 5 years, and has been an officer with the ITE Central California Section for 4 years. He currently works in roadway design as a Design Engineer for GHD in Fresno, working on various types of projects including complete streets, widenings, and roundabouts.”

Katherine Lee currently works as a Transportation Engineer (Civil) in Project Development Design at Caltrans District 6. With just under a year of time with Caltrans, she has taken part on various projects such as constructing interchanges, signalizing intersections, lane widenings, and constructing a sound wall, to name a few. Katherine is a Cal Poly at San Luis Obispo graduate with a BS in Civil Engineering and MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering. During her time at Cal Poly, she was involved in ITE for about 3 years with the Cal Poly ITE student chapter and within the Western District before getting involved with the Central California Section as this term’s Secretary‐Treasurer. Some leadership roles that Katherine held in the past with the student organization
include being secretary, president, summit organizer, and past president. Being part of the current officer board of the Central California Section, Katherine initiated the Section’s bi‐weekly newsletter to promote member and to keep members updated with upcoming events within the Section and District. As president, she hopes to continue to continue to engage with members while also
increasing membership involvement.

“Nick works for GHD as a Design Engineer. Over his 5 years with the company he has worked on a variety of projects such as widening projects, roundabouts, road diets, traffic signals, complete streets, and others for clients all around Central California. Growing up in the small city of Delano motivates his work to improve quality of life for valley residents. Nick graduated in 2015 with a BS Civil Engineering degree from UC Davis. During his time at Davis he helped revive the Davis ITE Student Chapter within which he served as Vice President for two years. While Nick is out of the office he loves to spend time with his wife and their pets, get on the golf course, travel, . Nick is looking forward to continuing his service of the ITE Central CA Section as a past president, former section representative, and current co-chair of the 2024 Western District Annual Meeting to Fresno.”

"Rebekah Brechmann has worked at Provost and Pritchard for 5 years nd is currently working as an assistant engineer. She graduated from CSU Fresno with her bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and obtained her Master's in Civil Engineering at CSU Fresno. She has been involved in several transportation projects including road rehabilitation projects, realignments, signalized intersections, and several others. Rebekah previously participated in the ITE student chapter and was an officer in ITE Central Section in 2020. She is eager to see what the next year holds, and is excited to see the ITE Central Section grow."
